As if Charlotte, the most patterned wrestler on the planet, is going to suddenly start doing worked shoots. If Tensai didn’t drill it in the warehouse then she ain’t doing it. Half the reason time stood so still last night was because you could see Charlotte had no idea what to do once things weren’t going exactly like they always have in her matches, then, now and forever. Would be great if it was a work though. It’d allow for a bit of hope that they’re at least aware of how flat and dead everything is. As someone has already noted, it’s tragic that the two best moments all year have been when things have gone wrong. First when the rain delay forced a couple of improvised promos at Wrestlemania and then when Nia Jax and Charlotte had a shoot scrap. I was going to say it’s a shame Nia and Shayna are teammates because I’d enjoy something similar happening between those two, but it’s WWE, so they’ll probably break up within the month.
