Said before, anywhere that does kebabs, pizza's, southern fried chicken or any of that other guff shouldn't be classed as a chippy.

Mine would be:

Salt & Vinegar are the only acceptable condiments plus "American Chip Spice" if you're in Hull.

What on earth is this?

It's probably the same kind of spice you get on chips in Five Guys.

If your chippie doesn't pack these beauties in the back, start asking questions.

Once again, you are going to a fucking kebab shop and mistaking it for a chippy. Yoghurt and mint are condiments for lamb kebabs, not fish.

Stop doing chip shops wrong.

Looking at that menu on the previous page, and a fine menu it is, I wish my local chip shop did deep fried black pudding and haggis.  That's a fucking great addition.

You are so adamant you are correct about this statement you could be vegan. I bet you think those shops should be closed. Fuck 'Em they can find other jobs.

Not really, there is certainly a market for those shops.

They are just not chippys.

Chip Spice is paprika salt, basically. And it's the best.

We don't get it "daaaan saalf" but the first time i ever discovered it was back in Norway in the mid 90's. I even brought some back. Peri Peri salt is pretty similar to it as well, and easier to get.
