Paid Members PunkStep Posted September 25, 2018 Paid Members Posted September 25, 2018 Well there's a name for that, Cajun spice. It's not hard, Hull! Quote
Mr_Danger Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 I thought it was just that red salt you get in BnM's. Quote
Paid Members Tommy! Posted September 25, 2018 Paid Members Posted September 25, 2018 I love chicken salt on chips. Anything else isn't quite right but on just a portion of chips it's bliss. Quote
Otto Dem Wanz Posted September 25, 2018 Posted September 25, 2018 Nandos peri salt is excellent as is the Cajun Five Guys ish - I’d probably like that chip spice Rick mentions, can you buy it down south? Quote

Once again, you are going to a fucking kebab shop and mistaking it for a chippy. Yoghurt and mint are condiments for lamb kebabs, not fish. Stop doing chip shops wrong. Looking at that menu on the previous page, and a fine menu it is, I wish my local chip shop did deep fried black pudding and haggis. That's a fucking great addition. I bet you think those shops should be closed. Fuck 'Em they can find other jobs. Not really, there is certainly a market for those shops. They are just not chippys. Quote

Paid Members BomberPat Posted September 26, 2018 Paid Members Posted September 26, 2018 Chip Spice is paprika salt, basically. And it's the best. Quote

We don't get it "daaaan saalf" but the first time i ever discovered it was back in Norway in the mid 90's. I even brought some back. Peri Peri salt is pretty similar to it as well, and easier to get.
