The jokes are horrendously offensive but if you watch George throughout it's obvious they're really good mates and that's my favourite thing about it, you can tell they absolutely love each other to bits and that always makes me smile. Adams worked on Batman alongside Denny O'Neil in the 70s in a run that would reinvent the character, moving him away from the camp of the Adam West TV series.
