This is happening because he won the Casino Battle Royale, and it hasn't seemed to be designed to be seen as a legitimate title change chance, but more about Jungle Boy proving that he's earned his popularity in the covid era and stepping up a notch. It's not long ago that both of these shit birds signed $750,000 p.a contracts with WWE. That's roughly what Kevin Nash got year one from WCW.
