Then it has to deal with the same stuff (TV executives, sponsors, etc.) as Raw and SD.

True it chased away advertisers and meant that wrestling was fucked in the long term after they blew their load in those couple of years. But shit? The content doesn’t stand up in these more enlightened times, but I was 15 at the time so it was class. Give me short matches, actual stars and entertaining TV any time.
