It was just violent enough without being exploitative & still worked smart enough that pretty much everything made sense and had a reason for happening. He might be just OK in the ring, but I can't think of another wrestler who gets me excited about their matches with the build up. Inherited the Old Man's mind for sure. MJF is great as well. If its a case of possessing one skill over the other, then Cody's priorities are right. I know they’ve done it in the past but it was way before my time and it just sounded like weird torture porn. How wrong was I though. Genuine drama. Engrossing as fuck. Cody’s the best booker in the business and he and MJF are the best babyface and heel in forever. I cannot wait to see Cody smash that little prick at the Pay Per View. Absolutely brilliant.
