I think Snowflake slightly suffered from him having to rewrite it. I saw it when he first toured it and it was much sharper, but so much has happened since then he needed to change it. Not much he could do. He's doing a new one soon called Basic Stew which seems like he's going for a real tight show.
wordsfromlee
Garrett Millerick has released a new special for free on YouTube. He is one of the best comics in the country right now. Highly recommend his stuff, especially his show 'Sunflower' from 2019 that's on Spotify too which is sublime and well worth checking out. Paid Members Jazzy G Posted July 14, 2022 Paid Members Share Posted July 14, 2022 I saw today that Rhod Gilbert has cancer. That's a shame. Hopefully he can beat it. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-62167691.amp
Awards Moderator Onyx2 Posted October 14, 2022 Awards Moderator Share Posted October 14, 2022 I'm not sure if this belongs in digital art, AI or brilliant posters. David Reed has generated a bunch of standup comedy posters in AI. Some of them had me howling.
Paid Members ReturnOfTheMack Posted October 14, 2022 Paid Members Share Posted October 14, 2022 Watched Ed Gambles 'Electric' stand up recently. Really funny gig, though his stage decorations looked a bit like Sammy Guevara.
Paid Members Dead Mike Posted November 16, 2022 Paid Members Share Posted November 16, 2022 I'm sure there are people on here who are fans. Think this might be his first UK tour?

But yes, I think this is his first solo tour
CAREBEAR LUVVA
Eric's the funny one though.

Slapnut
Over the last two months I’ve been doing a stand up course with donations going to Cancer Research. I had the fortunate honour (or unfortunate responsibility) of going on last which certainly didn’t help the nerves, but the adrenaline rush as soon as I got that first laugh was unlike anything I’ve ever felt. Certainly something I’ll be looking to do more of, and I’ve been preliminarily offered a spot at a fairly established local night which is great. Posting the video mainly to prove people actually laughed. Edited December 9, 2022 by Slapnut

Merzbow
I'm somehow going to only my first comedy festival in Leicester in February, mostly just to see Cheapshow Live but I might see another show earlier in the day. Any recommendations for others to see there?
