So we got confirmation of dates and projects for the first 2 years of MCU Phase 4

Cinema wise we are getting a Black Widow solo movie on May 1st 2020, The Eternals on November 6th 2020, Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings on February 12th 2021, Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness on May 7th 2021 and Thor : Love and Thunder (with Natalie Portman back as Jane taking on the Lady Thor mantle) on November 5th 2021

TV wise (for Disney +) there’s The Falcon and The Winter Soldier in Fall 2020, WandaVision and Loki in Spring 2021 (the former will lead into the Dr Strange movie), animated series What If? in Summer 2021 (featuring MCU cast in voice roles) and Hawkeye in Fall 2021

Theres also announced, but no dates, sequels for Guardians, Black Panther and Captain Marvel and MCU relaunches for Fantastic Four and Blade (Mahershala Ali has been cast as the titular character)

All looks fine, but nothing more really. More excited about Fantastic Four so a bit disappointing we’ll have to wait for that, I was hoping for a John Krasinski/Emily Blunt casting announcement going forward. Mahershala Ali as Blade could be sweet.

That's a lot of Marvel! Doesn't look like there's a big Avengers-esque team up being rushed which is good. Awkwafina being added to Shang-Chi can't be a bad thing. I'm intrigued by Multiverse of Madness, and fascinated by how they're going to do Eternals. Casting for that is interesting too.

Who is asking for a Hawkeye movie? They better get some great writing and directing for that one, because Renner ain't selling it.

I hope they finally get Fantastic Four right (although I only really care about Reed tbh).

Hawkeye is a Disney+ TV series, but since you asked...I’d be up for a Hawkeye movie.

I’ve seen this on Prime and am intrigued. Anything I need to have read/seen prior to watching?

Nah, it's a standalone comic/show. It's stylistically closer to Preacher than your typical comic book show.
