This lockdown could last for 2 years, all video streaming services could die, TV could be cancelled to save money and all other podcasts could die of the Covid-aids and I still wouldn't listen to Conrad.

Im 100% with you on the Conrad takes here, i can only stomach so much of him. These Dark Side...companion pieces are decent though, more a behinds the scene peak at how the specific episode came together.

As someone said Conrad has the same conversations on the same topics over and over. JR has said about x5 that he wanted to make Muta the NWA champ but the booking committee were against it because Pearl Harbour. Every time Conrad reacts to it as a shock and revelation.

All that shit I said about Conrad and now I’ve just noticed there’s a Something To Wrestle on Nailz. I might have to go against my own judgement and dip back in for that one.

Edit - Back on topic, it’s the Dino Bravo episode tonight. That should hopefully get the series back on track after the Superfly one.

This is the order of episodes coming up;

Wouldn't get your hopes up, mate. A weaker episode for sure. Bruce either wasn't around for it or didn't have much interaction with Nailz while he was there. Also didn't see the attack on Vince etc.

Oh right. Cheers that’s saved me a couple of hours of hearing Conrad getting winded just talking.

I’m looking forward to the David Schultz episode purely because he’s from that era of ultra kayfabe/utter bullshiters. He was on Steve Austin’s podcast a year or so back and I usually love a good giggle at the old timers peddling their lies, but I had to give up part way through because he was talking such utter nonsense that no-one would ever believe, even Steve sounded like he was wanting to call him out on stuff

Yeah, the true crime episodes really don't appeal to me out of the Bruiser Brody one. I don't care enough about the Quebec mafia to make 45 minutes enjoyable.
