DavidB6937 Posted March 20, 2023 Posted March 20, 2023 The most unpredictable outcome of this KO/Sami stuff is that they don't actually turn on each other for a change. Cody certainly doesn't need a turn. He's still extremely fresh as a face and I think they've been pretty smart with their booking of him so far. He should definitely have some mileage as a face champ depending on if they book him against Kane or not. Plus his OTT nature that turned people off in AEW is exactly why people love him in WWE so I think he'll be alright. Quote

Which has been the point Sami has been making about why KO didn't want to make up and was discussing it on Smackdown in his promo. Throughout the storylines between them both, it's always been presented that they're more like brothers than anything else that fight and fall out.
