I think it was Brendon Burns who said that Vince McMahon is just playing real life Sims with the WWE. Every now and then he gets bored and thinks, "fuck it, how do I make the big one dance?". I get the impression he is working Mon-Sun, 24 hours a day and then he will spend 2-3 days solid sleeping where he can. He's been to AC/DC gigs at MSG, I've read. That's probably about it... I choose to believe that rumour that he sleeps right through Wednesday and stays up the rest of the week and no one will convince me otherwise. Paid Members PunkStep Posted February 5, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted February 5, 2018 Yes, that's the one I'm thinking of. Absolutely fascinating and I'd never believe it to be true with anyone else, however I'd believe anything about the man that gets pissed off with himself for sneezing. Guest
I'm fairly sure that Noel Edmunds and Vince McMahon have been co-starring in Sliding Doors 2 since the '90s.
Paid Members Gus Mears Posted February 6, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted February 6, 2018 I can totally foreee a situation where Vince hasn't attended a non-wrestling event since the 60's apart from every single ZZ Top gig. A hermit-like existence would explain his utter lack or cultural awareness at times.

I agree, it’s why he looks like a well used candle. I think he used to be a super fan of his own product, but then I think that transferred in to him being a super fan of Vince McMahon. You know when you hear interviews on podcasts about wrestlers who say they have been to his house to talk business and creative, there’s always an anecdote about something like Linda offering orange juice etc. I’m waiting for a story in which a wrestler goes to the bathroom, gets lost and finds themselves in Vinces Vince room, and then Vince jumps in behind them wearing nothing but his kiss my ass club ‘outfit’ and chucks them in a head lock. Sphinx
Vince looked like he was ready to burst on the Orlando 24 episode. I thought Bella's hug was gonna be the thing to do it.

Charlie Ebersol is heading a league, backed partly by billionaire money man, Peter Thiel, the guy who bankrolled Hogan in his case against Gawker. They have a TV contract set up already and are planning to start next year.
Paid Members BigJag Posted March 20, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted March 20, 2018 Good. Vince needs to stick to wrestling. How much appetite is there for another American Football League? Surely the NFL is enough, and only they are suitably placed to run another league.
kidzero
If only we could get another billionaire to invest in a new North American wrestling company and that would really put the wind up Vince
Guest
AAF is a terrible name. Unless they verbalise it as Double-A F and poach Arn Anderson to really rub Vince's nose in it.
