Oh absolutely, he’s a complete turd and was indeed a disastrous signing, I just found it amusing that he’s suddenly a goal machine.

United's problem is that they completely lost their identity over the last decade. From the 60s they've been an attacking side that had a backbone of home grown players - something Ferguson embraced and then looked to add both the best players in the PL or across Europe. They've spent most of the last 5-8 years being a low rent Galactico team overpaying for players on the way down from their prime which has just made their confounded their problems. 

Like most teams, they've been successfully when there has been a cult of personality around the club. Again since Ferguson left then that has completely gone. They haven't had anyone who definitively is the face of the club and is in control. Big managers have been undermined by poor decision makers around them whereas City, Liverpool and now Arsenal went fully invested with their head coach who was allowed to set the culture of their team. United just undermined their head coach time after time

I think it rankles more because of what I already ranted on about: namely, that it was not a great Man Utd side, but he was so integral to them winning the league and it wouldn’t have happened without him. I’m not saying we’d have won the league if he’d stayed, because lads, it’s Arsenal.  WERE THE 4th PLACE TROPHIES NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU, ROBIN?

Genuinely though, I don’t wish him any ill-will these days. Life’s too short. I wouldn’t want to carry a grudge around like that for my whole life, it’s bad for the soul.

Oh for sure. I don't hate anyone either. In fact I think it's tragic how much our fans sing about Sol Campbell still. Just ignore him, the blokes an absolute tool, and I might joke about it every now and then, but I really don't care anymore.

Once defenders have figured out his one idea (cut inside, shot on the left foot), Betis fans will be praying there's no obligation to buy clause.

Aside from the obvious amusement of seeing a club with now two sets of awful owners making repeatedly disastrous decisions and an increasingly repugnant fan base (UKFF company excepted), there's also hope in the fact that there's no quick way out of this mess either.

They can't spend any money because of years of terrible investment. So they're stuck with what they've got. And anybody hoping Amorim might be the magician they need to find some way out of this mess shouldn't put too much faith in him.

Absolutely weird comment from him last week when he said that the club needs to make a concerted effort to bring more talent through the academy - so they can sell them on and buy other players. Here's a novel idea - how about developing young players to a level at which they're good enough for the first team and then you don't HAVE to buy anyone? What the fuck is he on about.

I genuinely don't see how they get out of this for at least another 5 years. INEOS are pulling out of sponsorships and partnerships to book balance and the playing squad is worsening. The only hope they gave is that the Class of 2025 can rescue them. Or they can find some more Arsenal kids they're casting off.

I don't know if you only read a clickbait headline, or a single line out of context, but that's not what he said, or at least what he was trying to say. Here's the full quote:

“The focus is that we have to improve our academy and you have to bring more through. That is something all the clubs in England have to take advantage of - the players who come from the academy.  To play, to fill the shirt and also to be able to sell them. So our focus is to bring more through.”

Prior to saying that he made the point that he wanted more players like Kobbie and Garnacho breaking into the first team. He was sending a message to the board that we absolutely shouldn't be considering selling players of that calibre, but we do need to be better at profiting from the players that do come through the system but move onto other clubs to continue their professional careers.

If you add a small amount of lighter fluid and then ignite the shirt, its a well known fact that ink shows up a lot sharper making it easier to identify

Serious answer, an Arsenal sub reddit would be a good bet, hive mind and all that. There is also a good FB group called Football Kits All Over The World, where everyone is usually really helpful.

That ban needs to be lengthy. There are no mitigating circumstances. For me Clive it's a minimum of 10 games ban. 

The chanting was a disgrace, but lots of fans do it from different clubs. Not a unique Millwall thing but abhorrent non the less.
