Liam O'Rourke
I remember that ad! Holy shit. At the time in my stupid little brain I remember thinking it was a response to WCW having Charlie Norris as their Tatanka.

Having watched Mick Foley at "Hell in a Cell 1998" , it's unfortunately lead me down the rabbit hole of "hard-core wrestling" again. Is there anywhere, subscription or just Youtube, with those mental FMW and IWA matches from the middle 90s? Thank you. I followed Victor Quinones' W*ING promotion via Powerslam, fanzones and Glen Radford If you watch it chronologically then it makes sense, even if it just through such releases as Best of 91, 92 or 93. Doing this means the feuds amd matches make sense as well as spots such as Mr Pogo setting Mitsihiro Matsunaga alight or the revenge baseball bat/barbed wire/standing kick stunt. As someone here once said the hard-core matches are about a wrestler trying to avoid the danger rather than all participants building up to a crazy fall. You asked this in this very thread back in January and was given an answer and I’m pretty sure not too long ago you asked it in the Dynamite thread. You should know by now what Jimmy Havoc done and why he’s not around and if you don’t, a quick google search or the speaking out thread on here will tell you. You even said you wasn’t a fan of his style on page 12 so why give a fuck and ask 3 times?

Paid Members Accident Prone Posted August 4, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted August 4, 2021 As someone who's knowledge of WCW in the 90's is patchy at best, what happened to Ole Anderson and Barry Windham? I'm watching a lot of early 90's WCW at the moment (jumping back and forth between time periods) and they seem so integral to the Four Horsemen, but then they just seem to disappear.
Merzbow
Barry vanished from wrestling in general around 1994 didn't he? Popped back up in WWF during 1996 as The Stalker and we all know how that went.. But yeah, I do wonder what happened in those couple of years.
