Reminds me of the time when a TNA Russo script got leaked, and a promo from the Dudleyz talking preparing for Ultimate X was scripted along the lines of:

Bubba: "I've been jumping and stretching, and Devon's been swinging and climbing things like Curious George, no offense."

D-Von: "None taken!"

However, when it aired, the segment noticeably changed to where Bubba said he was swinging and climbing things like...at which point Johnny Devine said "like King Kong", and D-Von instead was fucking furious at the remark, and Bubba told Devine it was a stupid thing to say.

I don't mean to sound like a dick, I'm just checking if I've understood correctly because for me the words in a promo are nothing without good delivery: the tone, cadence, inflection, emphasis, body language and so on. 

Unless it is only words, and words are all he has to take your heart away.
