The equivalent to a UK Milky Way is a 3 Muskateers bar These are the bad boys, on further inspection they’re not the same as I remember the old UK ones. patiirc
Flyte's used to use the old Milky Way Recipe. Alas they're long gone too.

They used to do some nice christmas tree shaped (and allegedly flavoured) tortilla chips during this time of year. These will presumably have some kind of beef and onion taste to them, but I can't imagine how that texture would affect the flavour.
Merzbow
Aldi is stacked with crimbo crisps and do those Christmas tree tortilla chips too. I made the mistake of getting the turkey and stuffing fake Pringles, they're not even crisps and the flavoring was proper off.

Pretty bland. The balls/puffs are lovely though.
Paid Members Surf Digby Posted December 24, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted December 24, 2021 Aldi need to bring back the roast beef and red wine crisps that they had around 4-5 years ago. Wonderful, rich flavour to them. It baffles me that they've never been brought back for another run.
SuperBacon
We all know that nothing will ever come close to Brannigans Roast Beef and Mustard (WIV DA CRISP ANGLES NOW), but these from Tesco's come a tiny bit close and are absolutely banging. £1 for a big bag as well. The only downside is they're crinkled which, McCoys aside, is usually a no for me.
Paid Members air_raid Posted April 15, 2022 Paid Members Share Posted April 15, 2022 I love crinkles, always seem to taste stronger. Love Walkers Max, special shout out to Walkers Max Strong. Although the double crunch are a bit close to “sharp” if you don’t take care. Still craving Seabrook Fire Eaters.
Merzbow
I really miss the wasabi flavoured Max Strong, but I'm not sure they sold well because I'd often find them in bargain stores.
Paid Members Carbomb Posted April 15, 2022 Paid Members Share Posted April 15, 2022 I love the double crunch ones, but they're not as easy to get as the regular Max ones, and very often they're the mediocre KFC-flavoured ones. Those Tesco ones sound amazing. Got to try.
