A buddy actually said , if Hancock agreed to sit down for an interview with Piers Morgan, they could sell it on PPV !!

'Proceeds of this PPV will go to the victims of 'cancel culture'. All zero of them.'

Bit disturbing that the screen grab from security footage has The Sun watermarked all over it. Without going all Duane it’s as if the top brass wanted him gone but that would be admitting they fucked up the pandemic and Cummings was right, so they asked uncle Rupe for help.

It has to be this doesn't it? I mean, it's not like he's been photographed on the beach or whatever. It's the CCTV footage from his office. That's a really serious breach, regardless of what it shows. You'd have to have a LOT of balls to take that to The Sun, unless you've got some assurances that you'll be protected. Same goes for the Sun themselves actually.

The other thing is the tone of the reporting. It's immediately gone into "Hancock MUST resign" mode, as if this is the worst thing he's done, and as if other Tories, including Johnson haven't done similar in the past.

So he’s just admitted that he did break social distancing guidelines, and that’s he’s very sorry.

Thats as much as will happen.

This did at least give me a chuckle, if only to remind us how creepy the guy actually is

And allegedly are still doing. I hope he doesn’t resign and calls their bluff. Make Johnson sack him for doing stuff Johnson does. I think Gove is behind it all, he either gets Hancock’s job if he quits or he steps in to challenge Johnson when the MPs want rid because he is weak over the whole thing.

Johnson has accepted the apology and has declared the matter closed.

More than 18,000 fines given up to 8th June for breaking all sorts of rules that were being changed on the hoof.
Slimy, self-serving cunts.

I like that the headline on BBC is about breaking social distancing rather than having an affair with an aide. Focusing on the important things.
