Yeah, Freddie pretty much was Queen from a performance standpoint.

Honestly, I think I hate Python now, and I like Limmy, who I hadn't heard of before. I'd best not look too deeply into him (her?), because I might change my mind. A lot of his stuff is just plain mental, but as someone who did their fair share of work on Glasgow building sites during my younger years his take on the Glasgow plasterer is absolutely spot on and fucking hilarious (well, the first few minutes anyway, he goes a bit off the boil as the video goes on); Â Edited November 20, 2018 by David

Factotum
Quote I love Alan Partridge, but I really don't get on with the stuff he's done in recent years- Alpha Papa, Mid Morning Matters, Welcome to the Places of My Life. That's interesting. I actually think its got better. I loved the book as well. One of the few things I have genuinely laughed out loud whilst reading. Quote What is your take on Mrs Brown's Boys? It needs Eric Idle in it

I think it's great how the character has been able to adapt and remain relevant with the times and I don't think it's in a particularly sell-out way. On the other hand, David Brent went to shit. Paid Members PunkStep Posted November 20, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted November 20, 2018 (edited) But why does he look younger now?!?! I was gobsmacked recently when I realised Steve Coogan was in his twenties when Knowing Me Knowing You first aired on tv. Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted February 7, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted February 7, 2019 The remake of Ghost in the Shell is far better than the original anime.
Merzbow
They're both nowhere near as good as Stand Alone Complex.

Paid Members Gus Mears Posted May 24, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted May 24, 2019 Both of them are shit. Just depends whether you prefer Gene Wilder in a shit film, or Johnny Depp in a shit film.
Paid Members gmoney Posted May 24, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted May 24, 2019 The Gene Wilder one at least has some charm to it. The Burton one is worthless.
