That was pretty shit. Mathews ruined it before he had even gotten into the ring by listing three bigger free agents than him with Rhodes, Wade and Ryback. What was the point in that?

It was odd, the context seemed to be "everyone was ok with those guys being let go, but thought it was CRAZY they let Sandow go!" Which I suppose is true to an extent, the backlash in certain corners was biggest for Sandow, but the difference there was that the first two listed very definitely chose to leave instead of being fired, and you could make a case for Ryback being the same.

 

One would assume they've already reached out to all 3 others and been told no, otherwise it's a very odd move to use their names in negative comparison with another wrestler before talking to them.
