Finally sat down and watched the promo. 

Who is this David Zaslav person? Is he Punk's new manager? Is he doing the Paul Heyman schtick with Punk. If he is the new manager, it's not going to work out if he keeps on calling him Bill. 

As someone who used to work in retail, I'm happy Punk talked about fake banknotes. It's a plaque that's destroying the high street. 

Was Gwyneth Paltrow's head in the bag? 

Is Andrade face now. Andrade is probably more likely to piss off in a temper tantrum than Punk but if we see this Andrade every Saturday, just give him the belt and have him beat everybody.

Personally I thought Punk's promo was just fine. Not his best but nowhere near as bad as some think imo. 

Agree with others that Soho & Storm work well together. Good heel chemistry between them. 

Any news on what's up with Saraya? I read something about her being off TV due to 'undisclosed reasons' but that's it. 

Also funny that Rosa didn't appear despite making an appearance on the same Dynamite as Miro.

This show felt like a weird mix of a one off Battle of the Belts level event and CM Punk vanity project more than an actual new weekly show. Just an off dead vibe to the thing. You'd be forgiven for forgetting that it's back on next week.

Put Daddy Magic on commentary or something at the very least, add a bit of life to it.

From her radio show clips and vlogs she doesn't sound like she's close to being back. It was only around the time Collision was announced she mentioned the possibility of surgery. Yet she's been front and centre in the promotional materials.

This is not related to Collision, but I don't think undertakers actually sleep in coffins. 

Having said that the characters that old "Blue Lives Matter Mark" have played have I think been pretty true to their names/nicknames. 

As The Undertaker he had matches where he put people in coffins and buried them. Sounds as much like a wrestling undertaker as you will get. 

As The Deadman in the storyline that was hokey as fuck he did die and ascend to heaven. Then he came back. Deadman seems fair. 

As the American Badass, he is portrayed as American and he was an on screen as a badass. Tick again. 

Is he a Phenom? He is portrayed as having outstanding qualities and exceptional skills. Tick, tick tick. 

Thank god he never ran naked through Wrestlemania during the Streak though, that's all I can say.

First off, calling someone’s entire fan base a ‘bunch of cunts’ is one of the most tragic things I’ve ever read on here. Just the sort of thing you can come to this site to get away from. Rubbish.

Punk was fine. I think in a crowd baying for his blood that’s a 5* promo - delivered to a broadly sympathetic crowd (though not as rowdy as he’d want) it fell flat in places. He needs to be a heel now, I think.

His match was fine, but agree with Supes who said it became a Samoa Joe showcase more than anything.

Punk is clearly an asset to them, saying he’s not is a lie. But as he’s lost the room, so to speak, they just need to be very clever about how they deploy him.

It ending badly has seemed to make people forget how good his initial run was in parts, and how much he did for MJF.

So, yeah, fine. It was all fine. And if they use him correctly, and make him a heel, he’ll do some great business for them and maybe elevate some people in the process or have another barn burner of a feud or two.

If he tries to stay babyface, it’ll just fizzle out and be shit I imagine.

The fact he's even referred to as 'Brock Lesnar guy" validates the cunt. He's everywhere, and seeing the stories of him lording it up at shows wandering round desperate for fans to notice him and taking pictures with him like he's some sort of celebrity sums up the sad state of affairs.

Moving on from that, liked the show but FTR are shit, if they fuckdd off tomorrow and never showed up again it'd be a day too late, I thought they were dull as shit anyway and thrn Dax does his shitty podcast and makes you realise how much of a loser he is. Get the belts off them and fuck them off, especially Dax, mauve Cash can do something else, he seems alright tbf.
