Who knows, if my overdraft is removed, I may even put in a COMPLAINT. That'll show em! I know its not the easiest solution and don't know your situation about getting around etc but isn't there any branch within some reachable distance for you to go in and chat to someone face to face? Have all the documentation handy, evidence of calls and letters and basically not leave the branch until you've got a satisfactory conclusion to the matter. Quote

Unfortunately I'm at work myself during their opening hours (the one closest to me, anyway) and it's the busiest two weeks of the year for us so I can't get out. There are certain times, like when someone is probably in a very stressful situation such as being broken down on a motorway, where you should probably show compassion rather than taking the piss out of the way she's holding her phone. I've broken down once, touch wood, and it was one of the most stressful things I've ever experienced. Chill out.
