Paid Members johnnyboy Posted April 6 Paid Members Posted April 6 (edited) The Artemis II mission has had me crying like a baby this weekend (in a good way). Firstly, an all-time Easter message. Jim Lovell recorded this message before his death. And then they asked to have a crater named after the late wife of the ship's commander. The first time I've seen hankies passed out in space. The best of us. Edited April 6 by johnnyboy Quote

I took one this morning then went to drop something at work, picked up some I’d left in the drawer, took another two because it’s sunny and forgot about the first one, remembered the first one and nodded to myself how cool I am Probably should just remember the first one Edited April 24 by BarryOVega Made a tedious story longer Quote
Paid Members mim731 Posted April 24 Paid Members Posted April 24 A friend of mine swears by taking antihistamines just before bed and waking up without hayfever symptoms which makes total sense, not tried it though. Sorry this is a very tedious addition to this thread. Quote
NeverYield Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Talking on antihistamine a friend of mine said you should start taking them slightly before the hayfever season starts if you get it, that way you're more primed for when it begins and may not even need to take it as much. He takes them every year about 3 weeks before hayfever season begins and reckons it does wonders, much better than starting to take them as soon as you're nose and eyes are watering and you want to rip your own face off. Farmers all around us have tilled the ground and put the seed in. We haven't had rain for over three weeks now in East Anglia. April showers look to be a thing of the past, as I fear the seasons have shifted with the very wet winter. Quote
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted April 29 Paid Members Posted April 29 We've spent all winter crying everytime it rained and cancelling matches and now we've got a ton of seed and fertiliser in the ground and we're desperate for rain! Fucking British weather never does what you want. New one - we've got a young robin in the garden at the moment. He's been around for a few weeks. Almost every time you look out, he's hopping around the garden or sitting on something. Makes me smile everytime I see him. Quote
