I was into every match except for Zilla Vs Dempsey, Birthright don't do anything for me, which I reckon is 99% down to Uriah Connors being such a shite name Speaking of shite, the end of Kelani Vs Wren was exactly that, she barely had any leverage with her foot on the rope plus it ruined my prediction of Kendal turning on Wren Main event was alright but how you're supposed to believe hitting someone in the face with a crowbar wouldn't kill them, then Waller hilariously still bothering to do his finish after that, hate weapons like that in matches, I never like HHH's sledgehammer for the same reason Despite those negatives I did actually enjoy the show overall but if you're not already a fan of NXT then it's not going to convert you

Just watched the Ground Zero main event again, absolute chaos in the best possible way, can't believe they haven't edited out a fan in the front row calling HBK queer and Hunter a faggot, along with HBK gobbing at another fan in the front row (at least he was a heel that time) Despite those unsavoury moments you've still got a wild brawl the crowd are into all the way, one of the funniest bits ever when HBK is pounding on the door to escape Taker and despite the non finish, the glorious sight of The Sultan in a trackie top and shorts while still wearing his daft red mask coming out with everyone else to get in between them at the end

At the very least NXT call ups won't have their character changed the moment they turn up on Raw or Smackdown once HBK takes over, you'd hope for an easier week to week watch as well

Was he that influential in the writing crew? From what he's said in his podcasts he seemed to be more backstage pre tapes etc

Picked up Hard Eight last week as it's had a release on 88 blu ray, Boogie Nights is one of my favourite films so always wanted to see it 4 stars on Letterboxd, great acting, especially Gwyneth Paltrow, unless I'm forgetting something obvious she's never worked with PTA again, can't wait to watch with the directors commentary
