Paid Members FLips Posted April 2, 2022 Paid Members Posted April 2, 2022 Yeah Danhausen is garbage. Quote
Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted April 2, 2022 Awards Moderator Posted April 2, 2022 Sammy and Tay / MOTY are comfortably the worst part of AEW shows at the moment. Cringeworthy every time. Quote
Paid Members ReturnOfTheMack Posted April 3, 2022 Paid Members Posted April 3, 2022 I love Danhousen, but he just doesn't belong with Hook at all. Quote
Paid Members Jazzy G Posted April 3, 2022 Paid Members Posted April 3, 2022 Stick Hook in the BCC so they can feud with Team Taz. Danhausen just needs to turn up doing weird stuff backstage during segments to get a pop from the crowd. Quote
RedRooster Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 I’m glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t ‘get’ Danhausen. I don’t hate the idea of Hook in an odd couple tag team, though. I didn’t watch the whole show this week, but I did check out Keith Lee/Powerhouse Hobbs, which I enjoyed. Hobbs has improved quite a bit, both on the mic and in the ring, and honestly, I’m more interested in seeing him get a push over Keith Lee at this stage. Lee just isn’t clicking for me at this stage. Perhaps teaming with Swerve will give him the purpose he needs. Quote
The King Of Swing Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 HOOK should just be HOOK. No oddball tag team bollocks, no pissing about as second or third place in a faction. Just HOOK doing HOOK things and squashing fools as Taz giggles on commentary, until the time is right for something bigger. Keep it simple. Quote
Guest Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Hook and Danhousen segment probably just for a big YouTube number. Both do great that way Quote

Paid Members LaGoosh Posted April 9, 2022 Paid Members Posted April 9, 2022 Mox vs Wheeler Yuta was pretty bloody great. Not quite on the Yuta wagon yet but he had a minor classic here. Love the BCC and AEW is on fire. Quote
TildeGuy~! Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Was fake blood used for the Yuta/Mox match? I only say that as the ref didn’t whack his gloves on. Quote
Winston Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 Incredible few weeks for Wheeler Yuta and the Blackpool Combat Club. I had no prior knowledge of Wheeler, genuinely thought he was a bit of a jobber amongst the Best Friends group but in the space of a few weeks he's been completely made as a star. Quote
Paid Members gmoney Posted April 9, 2022 Paid Members Posted April 9, 2022 I picked Yuta out a my favourite jobber the first time I saw him on the show, with his dirty trainers and weird way of taking a backdrop, and I've been happy to see him get a real bit of focus in the last few weeks and give a great account of himself. Needs a bit of promo work though, for sure. Quote
