Perry
The 2nd half of Season 3 kicks off on 16th Sep with the Plane Ride From Hell episode. Should be worth a watch.

The Gaffer
That was a tough watch. Hasn't Dreamer got form for defending the business at all costs? Goon is a Heyman text away from blowing his head off for an angle.
Paid Members Hannibal Scorch Posted September 17, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted September 17, 2021 I’ve not seen it yet, and something I thought maybe a fun watch… well the reality is it lives up to its name. If Tony Khan is serious about things, Flair never debuts in AEW. Also, fuck Tommy Dreamer as well.
Paid Members Jazzy G Posted September 17, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted September 17, 2021 This isn't a good look for either of them. It'll be very interesting to see what happens now. Could this be why he ended up getting released? Did they know what was coming? There was enough "he said she said" with Riddle that they might be able to ride it out, but there's no laughing off Flair sexually harassing a flight attendant. Especially given the other stories that were always just handwaved away as "it was the eighties, he was living the gimmick."Â

Well, he was, but only because he asked for it because he wasn’t able to do things like the NWA show and other outside ventures while under WWE. Paid Members Jazzy G Posted September 17, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted September 17, 2021 I wonder how differently things would have been if he hadn't had his release and this had aired.
Ironic Indie Lad
Thank god for Tommy Dreamer going on there to put over the size of Flairs todger and bury the women who got assaulted.
Paid Members LaGoosh Posted September 17, 2021 Paid Members Share Posted September 17, 2021 Tommy Dreamer is a fucking idiot of the highest order.

Also, fuck Tommy Dreamer as well. Depends how much Flair is worth to Khan I guess. Is he worth money like Darby Allin, or is he more expendable like Jimmy Havoc? (Havoc is shit, but that's beside the point). If Flair will make them money, he'll be brought in when this blows over, you'd imagine. As for Dreamer, he's tight with Cody, so he'll be fine I suspect. Wrestling really is pretty grim sometimes.
Winston
Really grim viewing. Vince's lack of intervention or taking any responsibility came across really badly for me. There was no mention of him grappling with Kurt Angle either, was that not the same plane ride?
