Why they couldn't have just quickly put him over somebody to try and get some of his heat back after the title loss I don't know. As predicted the fans were cheering for Dan Lambert telling some home truths about Cody. After last week's match against Nyla Rose I can't see Ruby Vs Jade Cargill being great. Credit to Thunder Rosa for trying to keep it simple, but it really is too early for Jade to be having belts stuck on her. Mercedes Martinez isn't a bad signing, though. Jericho & Eddie could be an interesting feud. Punk was having a great time cutting his promo. The crowd didn't sound as into it as they have in previous weeks. Won the Knockouts Knockdown one night tournament, then had a little heel turn and challenged Mickie for the title at Turning Point. She's another quality signing in the Serena Deeb mould. Hopefully they either split her from Jade Cargill or Jamie Hayter splits from Britt Baker. The star, heater, and sycophant dynamic is a little too similar. If Jade loses the TBS title. Maybe her and Mercedes can go into some tags. Try and round out some of Jade's hard edges. The Lambert/Rhodes stuff is a car crash, but provided it only gets one segment a week there's a perverse value in seeing which roads it skids off next. Warlow doing jobber squashes every week with Spears cheerleading him is alright by me. Kyle O'Reilly looks like one of those guys who shitposts MMA subreddit and wears all the gear, but gets ejected from the venue and gets the help he needs for acting the hard bollock after three pints. Jericho was hot. I know he doesn't have many fans left here, but I enjoyed that return. Ditto for JR. And Daily's Place is a great spot for Dynamite. I can see a ratings drop this week. Martinez is a good signing but a shit debut. I'm always down for more Shida Vs. Deeb. Kingston Vs. Jericho could be great or a complete train wreck.
