Always surprised that there was never a celebrity game show of it. Imagine if WWE did have that as a match and Mick Foley was in it. That penny's going no further than his front pocket. Vamp
It would be funny if next week they just talked about Roman Reigns for the whole show and ignore all the matches. Its such a weird nothing story. They don't normally have announcers talk about people who aren't there or people cut promos on people who aren't there. Why would they? It brings attention to the fact that they're missing a star, it'll annoy people if you keep mentioning him and absence makes the heart go fonder. It's not like there's not enough actually interesting news to condemn them for at the moment.

Glad to see the WWE is now a real life efed. Needs more goths though... Did anyone play the game where you tossed a penny at the wall and the only that landed the closest to the wall won? Always surprised that there was never a celebrity game show of it. Got banned at my school when people started using £1 coins and someone lost £60 in a week and his Mum complained. Seems like not an erasing of sorts, just a let's not mention him and just talk about those that are there. Well yeah, because there’d be no purpose to commentators talking about Roman until he’s on the way back. What context are dey expecting him to be mentioned in? King Pitcos
Roman Reigns informed us earlier that he will not compete tonight even though he had nothing better to do then he had to go back to his home planet. simonworden
But I bet they have a heel say he was "scared of a little virus" when he is on his way back to compete with the company completely disregarding how many people had died from this "little virus"

What about the kids and others who just don't know where he's gone? They'd never ordinarily not either write him out or explain. They just assuming everyone knows already. No wonder they don't attract and keep new viewers.

They used to do that a lot of the time when people were off with long term injuries. Not normally as high up the card as RR, but especially in the early 2000s people would just disappear for months at a time without a word and you’d have to assume it was another broken neck. I've seen you use this "REEEEEE" thing a few times recently. what does it mean? Is it a reference to something?
Briefcase
Also doesn't help that Romans character has been knocking Goldberg for being a part timer (sure he did the same with Brock too in the past) and isn't seen to be around at the moment. Obviously we know the reasons why but doesn't really do his character any good. Not that I particularly liked him saying the part timer stuff in the first place, and I know he isn't the first as Cena/Rock have also been called part timers in years gone by. Ever other top babyface they would be 'lets get an update from ...' or 'As soon as.... gets back'. Keep them in the public consciousness.
