I recognised the mushy peas and the mash. Neither of which are horribly unhealthy, therefore my statement stands.

If you're eating mashed potato right then it SHOULD be horribly unhealthy. Plus processed peas aren't good for you at all. It's very solid #EATCLEAN material.

Can I get an #EatClean ruling please. My mum has got Max's Sandwich Book which contains instructions for how to make Pork Pie Mayonnaise amongst other things. I'd say it belongs in the #EatClean category, but does it?

I await your judgement

Sounds like a filthy whore of a recipe, should fit right in.

Is that the one with the Ham Egg and Chips sandwich recipe (It's not as #EATCLEAN as it sounds)? I went to the shop they had in North London a couple of years ago, bit pricey but had a huge wedge of bread and technically chips in a sandwich, which was ace.

Information about Döner Kebab in the Can

The Döner kebab in the can has a long shelf life and is the perfect variety to the emergency food supply or for camping. Like the original, with kebab meat, cabbage and sauce. To prepare, simply warm the can for approx. 10 min. in hot water.

After opening please do not store it in the can. For easier removal, open both sides. Before eating, let rest a few minutes in the air for flavor development.

I think it's the cabbage part that unsettles me the most, somehow.

Sounds like wishful thinking, really.

It's German, they are obsessed with cabbage and potato.

grünkohl mit.... Is a whole plate of mashed cabbage with a sausage or pork chop. Himmal & ard is black pudding and a family sized portion of mash.
