Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted November 12, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 12, 2015 (edited) Here's a mad rumour. I've been hearing this discussed a lot the last day or two, but anyone heard this mental rumour? Honky Tonk Man said it in an interview, and a few people have also said they'd heard this dating back to 1999 (like the Stephanie/Savage stuff), that Rick Rude injected viagra into his dick and it got infected, which led to his cock and balls being removed by the doctor. And due to the depressing nature of losing your bits, the overdose Rude died of was self inflicted. You'd think it would have been more commonly known if this happened. But the story is so mental it intrigues me. Anyone heard this before? Has to be bullshit. Â Even if this isnt true, Honky Tonk Man is a right cunt for talking about it publicily. What relevance does this have to anything regarding a fake Elvis? Edited November 12, 2015 by IANdrewDiceClay
jimufctna24
In regards to the above. Here is the video of Honkey's claim.
The Clint
Take everything Honky says with a pinch of salt. He came up with loads of far fetched tales about most of the wrestlers during his first RF shoot while he was still a bitter twat. It seemed like he had been reading that urban legends list. But he changed his stories quite a bit once he signed a legends deal with WWE.
Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted November 12, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 12, 2015 I have heard the story about Rude injecting his cock before, fairly recently, but can't for the life of me remember where. It was on a podcast I'm sure, maybe Flair's?! I can imagine the story being half true.
Paid Members ElCece Posted November 12, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 12, 2015 I can't imagine Rude was daft enough to think the best way to go about it was to inject it straight in too his cock
boytoy
Smackdown August 8th 2002 Â Â Couple more observations vs. modern day. The first one isn't mine, someone on here mentioned it a while ago but there are so many heel tactics on display compared to modern shows. Almost every heel has a manager or an enforcer which leads to loads of distraction and intereference and in general there is just so much more dirty work. That really helps with the crowd heat. Â I agree with this - it is no wonder why heels get cheered because they don't behave like heels and without good antagonists the faces can't get over either. Never mind bringing back kayfabe, perhaps we should have less grey areas first? Â Are these old Smackdown's on the network? Tempted to watch some of these. Â Â **Edited for multiple posts. Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted November 12, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 12, 2015 (edited) People seem to be up in arms than the Undertaker appeared on Jimmy Fallon, but he was doing far worse kayfabe exposing shite in the 90s. I remember in 1994 the Undertaker wrestled with PJ and Duncan on a bouncy castle on a Saturday morning show called Gimme 5. I dont know what he was promoting. I do remember it was during the period where he was out for months and there was a fake Undertaker on TV. But they sent the real one around Europe promoting whatever they had going on at the time. Â No idea what his beef with Ant and Dec was mind you. I just remember it was a show long storyline where (I think) Jenny Powell was telling Paul Bearer they'd been hiding all day and as soon as she brought their names up, Undertaker punches through the studio table. When he finally got his hands on them, he threw them on a bouncy castle and started body slamming them on it. Cannibal Man
There was an episode of the Big Breakfast around that time or maybe a bit later where Mark Little tried to get Diesel to dress up in a chicken suit for one of the games they had and he basically told him to fuck off and that Mark Little was going to be pratting about playing frisbee dressed up like a tithead. Rest assured, when they got back from the break Joe Mangel was the one arsing around in the garden dressed like a chicken. I think I heard it about 10 years ago ( or whenever Jake was over here) I think it's one of those random rumours that has been around so long they think it's true now. I always thought it was on Live and Kicking though as I seem to remember Taker and Bearer outside of the BBC Centre. Speaking of Ant and Dec Austin was booked to appear on SMTV to promote that shitty No Mercy PPV in the UK in May 99 but he pulled out of it when he found out he had to get involved in their stupid games and sketches during the show so they sent Chyna instead. Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted November 13, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted November 13, 2015 Hulk Hogan is going to be on "This Morning" in a few minutes. Went from talking about ISIS, and some guy getting 200 lashes and then onto the Hulkster.
