I don't think you can deifnitely call Jade's appearance and beatdown of Naomi a heel turn necessarily, it will depend on how the story develops. She was getting revenge against the person who she believes attacked her and put her on the shelf for months. Depending what happens next this could be the Naomi, Bianca or Jade heel turn.

If Jade Cargill knew Naomi attacked her, why did she wait until now to say anything.  She could have mentioned it months ago.

Anyway, I predict it will be revelaed that Naomi attacked her because Bianca told her to and Naomi and Bianca both become bad guys.   I don't think Bianca vs. Rhea in a face v face match will quite do it anyway (unless Iyo wins tonight) and Bianca's been a good guy for most of her main roster run and has Naomi ever been a bad guy?  Briefly with Team BAD....?  Naomi vs. Jade doesn't really sound like a Mania match though, so who knows where that's going to go.

Yeah exposing her as a snake publicly on a huge stage, beating her down in front of the people AND costing her a massive opportunity right at the last second? That is some delicious vengeance. Probably more satisfying than popping into HR quietly.

If we’re playing that game, within the fiction, what was The Rock’s plan if Cena didn’t win the Chamber? What if Punk won? Or what if Cody had accepted his offer? Does he just short-circuit in the corner, continuously rubbing his fingers all over himself?

In retrospect, no wonder his Smackdown promo was all over the shop. His kayfabe plan, covering all bases, must have been a web of insanity!

I've tried this line of questioning in this very thread, and people didn't take too kindly to it.

It really doesn't stand up to too much probing, unless Scorchy is right and Rollins was in on it too.. but even then it's a huge risk from a character perspective.

Maybe he has a different sign language signal for every wrestler that instantly flips them heel. Maybe if it had been Rollins or Drew he'd have poked himself in the eye and flicked his nipple. We'll never know.

This is a bit old man shouts at cloud really PatBomb. If social media existed when Hogan turned you would have had people doing shocked face. Wrestling crowds have always wanted to get on TV themselves since the first "Smart" generation. From the ECW knobs who wore the same clothes and sat in the same seats everytime onwards it has been a thing. Social media has accelerated it but it's always been there.

It's really not though. I think it's pretty reasonable for someone to be turned off by a wrestling show if they find the live crowd to be disingenuous and annoying.
