The threads focussed on people but did say things in the opening line. I have a current irrational hatred of Pickleball. 

For anyone unsure what it is (probably as you're more likely to have delinquent teen call you a bellend in the UK) its a cross between tennis and ping pong. Smaller net and court, hard paddle boards that look like they've been resprayed from the BDSM store and a plastic hollow ball with holes in it. I don't know the full rules. 

It's bloody everywhere around me at the moment, people setting up courts in the park below my building, every time someone mentions sport or exercise it comes up, the media are always writing about it. It's a full on craze and obsession here and it irks me massively. 

Totally irrational as nobody has forced me to play, no games have disturbed my peace or got in my way and quite frankly a rise in a sports popularity is always a good thing for health and fitness levels.

Rick and Morty. I have watched probably a seasons worth of episodes. I can’t stand the burping and drooling of Rick. But the over abundance of merchandise in HMV for years and the fan base were the nails in the coffin even before it turned out he was another John K type wrong-un. 
 

I’d have said The Big Bang Theory for similar reasons, but it being an unfunny show means the hatred is probably justified.
