CharlesTuckerTheThird Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 I have a cat, he can be standoffish but if I'm having an anxiety episode or a low mood day, he always seems to take time to jump into my lap and give me a cuddle. It's the little things, fellas, gotta take your wins where you can get them. Quote
Paid Members gmoney Posted October 24, 2023 Paid Members Posted October 24, 2023 Mark Benton trying to get out the words "wicker shit". I've seen these outtakes more than I've watched the actual series. Quote
Paid Members Lorne Malvo Posted October 24, 2023 Paid Members Posted October 24, 2023 I've never watched Catterick, but judging from those clips Bob Mortimer is the spit of my namesake Billy Bob Thornton in Fargo. Quote
Paid Members BomberPat Posted October 25, 2023 Paid Members Posted October 25, 2023 Catterick is one of the finest things ever televised. I've been to a few film screenings recently where Reece Shearsmith has either been participating or attending, and was sat next to him at the most recent one, and I just couldn't pluck up the courage to talk to him about it, as much as I wanted to. Paid Members Gus Mears Posted November 16, 2023 Paid Members Posted November 16, 2023 I downloaded the Merlin app a while ago, which recognises birdsong and tells you the type that you are listening to. Waves of excitement every time I hear something new and scrabble to my phone to record it. My wife and I recently went on holiday to New Hampshire and I got recordings of all sorts - Hairy Woodpecker, Black-capped Chickadee, Golden-crowned Kinglet. Quote
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted November 16, 2023 Moderators Posted November 16, 2023 Gonna have to try that app out with the kids! Quote
Keith Houchen Posted November 16, 2023 Posted November 16, 2023 I’ve got the Chirp-O-Matic app which does the same thing! I love it Quote
