The best chippy tea I had was in a poncy bar in Shoreditch and it cost 18 sovs - fish was large and beautifully fried, crisp and light, with "triple cooked chips" that were actually delightful. I wanted to hate it but it trounced my Waltham Abbey local chip shop which was shockingly poor. I'll show myself out Quote
