MungoChutney Posted July 6, 2019 Share Posted July 6, 2019 I've been away at a Haven Holiday site bear Blackpool for the last week. Unfortunately was outvoted and didn't get to visit the chippy I really wanted to. Got this fish supper from a chippy near the promenade. A decent 7/10 effort without being spectacular. My other half wasn't so lucky though. Our first night we ate at the on-site restaurant and the menu had a picture of cracking fish and chips. A good lesson in expectation vs reality when this arrived. Also a good lesson to only ever get food like this from a chippy and not a pub restaurant type of place.
