I hate the idea of 'trial by media' that seems to have been a common thread in this whole scandal, but it has to be said he did himself no favours in that interview. Even the nurses supposedly told numerous patients to hide under the covers or pretend to be asleep to get away from him. Awful.Got to think half of "Top of the Pops" history has gone too. He was the main star of that carry-on in the 70s and the whole series seemed to revolve around him oogling the young ladies and dancing in amongst them all to the latest popping rock tunes. Are we assuming now that every time he did so he was fucking about with young girls? If so, the list of those he abused must be fucking huge.
