Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted August 4, 2016 Awards Moderator Posted August 4, 2016 That scar on Itami's shoulder! Bloody hell, that's a nasty looking thing. Wonder if he'll use the GTS this time round. Joe killing Mojo was fantastic. Angry Joe is a scary Joe. Wouldn't want to mess with him, and I don't think anyone but Nakamura could beat him right now. Bobby Roode is truly GLORIOUS. Liked the development of Asuka-Bayley, I wasn't fussed about the rematch at all before, but now I am. That was actually the most impressed I've been by TM61, but that was mainly because I thought "oh, they're taller than I thought" when they were doing their interview bit. Revival vs Gargano/Ciampa at Takeover should be good.
Paid Members JLM Posted August 4, 2016 Paid Members Posted August 4, 2016 Yes, Joe is aces. The close up of his face after Mojo had dared to fight back was incredible.
Paid Members FLips Posted August 4, 2016 Paid Members Posted August 4, 2016 Bobby Roode's music is up there with the best they've ever done. Shades of Mr Wonderful's WCW belter.
Love-Wilcox Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 I've been listening to Roode's theme pretty much all day. It's an instant classic. Someone on Youtube said if he ever gets a Wrestlemania entrance he should get a live choir to sing his theme... I got goosebumps just thinking about it!
The King Of Swing Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Asuka is probably leaving Takeover champion but I would love to see her lose because of over confidence and then go postal on Bayley post match setting up a gimmick match blow off. Nothing I can add to what has already been said about Bobby Roode.
Paid Members Slapnut Posted August 4, 2016 Paid Members Posted August 4, 2016 I've just listened to Bobby Roode's music 5 times in a row and I got chills every time. Best theme in wrestling right now, easily!
Paid Members LaGoosh Posted August 4, 2016 Paid Members Posted August 4, 2016 It's been stuck in my head for hours. All I can think of is some kind of amazing Wrestlemania entrance with him coming out in a lovely robe looking like a fucking God.
Guest Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Guess I'm in a club of one who thought the theme sounded hokey amd shit
Moderators PowerButchi Posted August 4, 2016 Moderators Posted August 4, 2016 Bobby Roodes theme is my ringtone already.
Philjax Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Itami's shoulder is a mess. It looks weird where they've sewn it up like it's pulling a bit too much skin over from his pec under his armpit. Makes me uncomfortable. He's definitely not the guy he was in 2005-2007. However, I insist he's allowed to murder some people and have his way with Aliyah in order to restore his confidence......
Guest Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Yeah that looks nasty, winced every time he got a kick near it.
Love-Wilcox Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 Yeah he seemed to not be able to raise that arm as high as the other one too. I imagine this is something he can still work on and improve over time, at least I hope so for his sake.
DavidB6937 Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 Wonder if he's been working on his English while he's been off. That was always what held him back for me.
Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted August 5, 2016 Paid Members Posted August 5, 2016 Bobby Roodes music makes me want to go out and do good things. It's absolutely wonderful. Knocked that right out the park
WyattSheepMask Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 It's the theme Bo Dallas wishes he had for his motivational gimmick
