I will probably skip series 2. And move on to series 3?!  They're not flashbacks in the typical sense, they're a reliving of the past "lives" of the hosts, they're an integral part of the story. Based in a predominantly black school in the South of the States, they had full access for a year and it's great. Heartfelt, inspirational and sad, well worth a watch. You can sign up for the free thirty day Amazon Prime trial. Which should allow you to watch the first four episodes. It's also available in the usual places, i.e Kodi.
