Paid Members Scott Malbranque Posted November 28, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 28, 2016 Here lads, I’m either going to start The Bridge (US remake) or The Tunnel (UK/French remake) of the original Bridge. Which one would anyone recommend over the other? If yiz have seen them of course... I know Diane Kruger gets in the nip in the former, so there's that. The Clint
Just been looking at the TV schedules for Xmas. It looks like ITV have just gave up with their festive viewing. They have a Harry Potter movie scheduled everyday from Christmas Eve until New Year's Eve. Edited November 29, 2016 by The Clint

Merzbow
This year it'll be six hours of benefit claiments having their pressies taken away by bailiffs, live.

As a side note, I used to work with a girl who thought that there was only one Eddie Stobart truck, driven by the actual Eddie Stobart. Her mind almost exploded when we told her its a huge company, with more than one lorry.
Paid Members Gus Mears Posted November 29, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 29, 2016 Was this girl Kimmy Schmidt? I don't see how you could have been on a Motorway for more than about 10 minutes without seeing two of the damn things.
Mr.E
No, and in fairness we asked her that as well, but it appeared to be that she was just very dense.

Guest
Just been looking at the TV schedules for Xmas. Where've you been reading these? I was sad enough to check the release date of the Radio Times bumper festive issue, and it's not out till practically forever and ever.
Paid Members Gus Mears Posted November 29, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 29, 2016 (edited) That sounds gopping, Clint. It's going to be another sterling Gus Mears Christmas of cooking the Christmas lunch and drinking a bottle of port, before passing out in front of the telly at about 22:00 in front of recorded episodes of Stars in Their Eyes.
