Not that it'll matter to Rick, or any Hull fan right now, nor should it, but that was shocking. Hull were just as bad if not even worse than Sunderland last season from a quality perspective, so unless they significantly add to their squad, ala Sunderland, it could be an all time low points return next season.

Sunderland changed the mold by recruiting  a whole new squad, otherwise they'd have been on about 15 points, not sure Hull will have that luxury.

Doesn't matter right now obviously, and moments like these are what its all about.

Probably for the best, but the whole “we’ll sue if we lose” and “it should have been Wrexham” bollocks has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Anyway…

Happy for Hull. Was rooting for them despite them beating us. Very well deserved. Hope they do ok in the Premier League.

I’m getting congratulations texts for coming 18th and getting a third home win of the season at the final attempt. Big six my arse. So many bad attitudes need to go, especially Romero and Porro. Serious inquest needed.

De Zerbi running onto the pitch, arms outstretched celebrating as though there had been some sort of achievement before quickly stopping and looking awkward as nobody else joined in wins the David Brent-esque moment of the season award.

Chirpy and Ossie Ardiles kidnapping cancelled, I mean postponed.

Horrible experience, but I must've lost half a stone today in all the trains tubes and sweating so swings and roundabouts. Also my 13yo might be just the best person ever. She should hate me for what I've made her follow, but she hugged me at full time, which she NEVER does, and said "God I love this club" and her faith never faltered today, while my arse went big time about 3 months ago.

🎵 Tottenham away ole ole 🎵 yeah about that...

To be fair to him having just seen it back, it looks like he stops to go and shake David Moyes hand.

Can't believe our fans wanted a combo of Tim Sherwood and Glenn Hoddle to keep us up 😆
