I dont even know why I watched the main event. I didnt plan on it, but decided to have a look. And I'm glad I did. Fuck me, that's an all time ending. A perfectly crafted angle for John Cena's heel turn.

Incredible angle. Cena had his best night in years and then that happened and I'm interested in Wrestlemania all over again. Felt like a genuinely dark and violent transgression. I've no idea why Travis Scott was there but they looked quite cool and sinister together. I was worried about the Cody/Cena dynamic but this sorts that right out.

It's a shame Pat McAfee is so shit and brings out the worst in Micheal Cole because the commentary was really poor for such a massive angle.

That was an all time great ending to a show, leads us to one of the more intriguing and strongest main events they could give us for WrestleMania and just shifted the retirement tour trajectory completely. 

Cena in a main event in 2025? Absolute brilliant booking and I can't wait to see what they do with it.

That was amazing and instantly makes the Cody vs Cena match far more interesting and should be in for a good few weeks of build to it now

The Face vs Face Dynamic was never going to be interesting and be able to sustain a 7 week build but this is perfect now.

Good show on the whole with 2 good Chamber matches and Cargill looked great, maybe the best and most confident she has looked since debuting attacking Naomi with that vicious beat down

Lots more meat added to the Wrestlemania bone as well

Punk vs Rollins seems certain in some way and I guess we really are getting the triple threat when Roman returns as i can't see what else he is doing otherwise

Terrible hair, a seemingly new face and a fresh heel turn. That’s what we like to see. There’s your new Two Man Power Trip. Great ending. Tears being shed in KFogg Manor.

Pfft. The IWC is calling this the greatest turn in wrestling history. And that just proves the state of it.

It was obvious with Cena staying in the ring that him turning was predictable at that point. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t good, nor wasn’t  the right thing. And it’s definitely what the Road to WrestleMania needed. But it wasn’t the most shocking turn in wrestling history.

Good event overall, probably the best in a long time.

Personally I didn’t see it coming? Even with Cena in the ring. I figured maybe it would go with a “Willl Cody go the light side with Cena, or turn to the dark side with Rock” on the build to Mania. 

For me, this was definitely the biggest heel turn since I’ve watched wrestling, that hit me the most, having watched since 1999.

Great angle. Kinda wild that after a career of getting booed as a babyface they turned him heel when he was actually finally getting real cheers. Smart move though - sounded like they were a bit adrift after the Bloodline stuff finished up. It'll get a lot of attention and makes every Cena match on his retirement tour feel unique. Heel Cena vs babyface Orton would be interesting.
