More news from the political world, Alistair Darling has died. So has Glenys Kinnock.

Not sure why the BBC felt the need to explain in the caption when the photo at the top of the article reporting her death was taken. Doesn't everyone instantly recognise what year those headlines are from?

Her boyfriend posted she was dead two months ago. Which led to a welfare call and confirmation she was alive. Then he died last month. Now she’s gone for real. It all seems very sad. Think they’ve got three kids between them as well.

My mate works at a garden centre and saw her there last year. Obviously she stands out a lot and his colleagues were making comments and without thinking he said “That’s one of the Cock Destroyers”. They all looked at him differently while he tried to explain that she’s a famous porn star that’s become a meme but he hasn’t watched her stuff (he has).

Her and Sticky Vicky will be putting on a show tonight. Captain Toms going to be getting a gobble and ping pong balls in his face. Alistair Darling just watching (I think he’s dead as well?)

This one hurts.

A man like Zephaniah gets to only 65, and that shitcunt Kissinger makes it to 100?

A man who, when offered an OBE, said "Have you read any of my work?"

RIP Benjamin Zephaniah. Gone way, way too soon.

Aww that's such sad news. He was the first non-white poet we ever studied in school, a total eye opener for me and someone who had a big impact.

Representation is so important. It must have meant so much to have a person of colour to study in a field mainly made up of white men.

Teaching Zephaniah's work whenever a poetry module came up was one of my favourite days/weeks of the year because the passion he exuded and expressed was so powerful and it always seemed to resonate with my students.

One of the finest voices of his generation.

Not sure anyone has mentioned Alistair Darling yet either!

They've been keeping that one quiet. I don't think I'd seen it mentioned anywhere.
