I enjoyed her work. I can see why some didn't. Wouldn't surprise me if she went to join Ricochet. Fair play to her if she does. If not and she wants to move on to something different completely then good luck to her. She's a very passionate person and I'm sure she'll succeed whatever her path is now.

Not just for my sanity but I hope she doesn’t go to AEW because that’s the obvious move. I hope she’s got her self a nice plump job for a sports network or presenting something. Like when Coach got the ESPN gig. I hope it’s because she’s got herself something even better than wrestling.

She does have a background as a singer and was on one of the US talent shows previously and has sung the natonal anthem for WWE a few times so maybe she is leaving to divert more time to trying to break through in that field Or as mentioned something in TV presentation

She will Know if that fails completely she'll be welcomed back in WWE with open arms.

I really rate her. She’s the best they’ve had in forever. Always blows my mind that people complain about her. It’s a good thing that your announcer has a bit of character and passion about them, super invested and clearly loving what they do. She’s added loads to the boom. You’ve lost your mind if you prefer invisible, lifeless robots.

Work or not, because it doesn’t matter either way, her getting all emotional when she announced Cody as World Champion will go down as one of my favourite calls ever. 

I’d be stunned if she doesn’t already have the Warner Brothers money in her bank. She’ll go full Rick Rude and show up on Dynamite with a moustache.

I like Irvin for a Wrestlemania main event and was definitely on her side when people complained about her being passionate as if it’s a flaw. I do find her to be a little much on weekly TV though. AEW already have a WWE can-be-a-bit-much announcer in Justin Roberts anyway. Remember that time he did his Yuka Sakazaki bit and the crowd didn’t join in? I wanted to die. Also Arkady Aura is getting better at it by the week so would feel bad for her if she got shelved. 
 

I do agree with Bomberpat‘s sentiments also. That said, I think I would find her bellowing “The Bastard” amusing.

I liked her in the wee bits I've seen of current WWE. She brings a bit of passion & clearly enjoys the show. Didn't know she was shacked up with that dullard Ricochet though!

Then last week I heard Irvin introduce "BiANCA Belair!"

Good lord.

I don't know why mimicking a stroke become part of the job description.
