Paid Members BigJag Posted August 10, 2025 Paid Members Posted August 10, 2025 Hasn't Cadburys recently reduced their coca content to 25%. Thus lowering the quality of their chocolate?
deathrey Posted August 10, 2025 Posted August 10, 2025 I haven't had anything Cadbury's in quite some time, but if that's true, they must be bloody awful now. They were pretty poor to start with. I tend to stick to Twix or Bueno if I want a chocolate bar

Not even that. Milk solids is between. 20-23% & cocoa solids is 20%. The wrapper will say 20% is the minimum. I imagine that's to get around the fact. Minimum cocoa percentage in this country is 20% Anything under, you can't legally call it chocolate. Minimum cocoa percentage in EU is 25% - Brexit and all that...

Paid Members air_raid Posted September 3, 2025 Paid Members Posted September 3, 2025 Can’t believe I didn’t mention these after my last trip to Polska ; The in-laws brought us 10-12 packs over. As to yet I haven’t seen them in Sklepy Polski over here but if you’ve had the paprika or cheese n onion flavour of the Krakersy (“saltine”/Ritz texture) and the Chakalaka flavour Crunchips, your brain probably extrapolates to at least 95% accuracy what they’re like to eat. Addictive.
WyattSheepMask Posted September 3, 2025 Posted September 3, 2025 had these for the first time time today and they were sublime. Nice crunch without being over the top like a Nik Nak, plenty of flavour dust and go nicely with an Irn Bru 10/10
sivy Posted September 4, 2025 Posted September 4, 2025 I noticed these at my local shop earlier, their for me very addictive.
RIDDUM_N_STYLE Posted September 5, 2025 Posted September 5, 2025 May have found a new favourite snack, picked up a bag of Aldi’s Barbacoa Beef tortilla chips today having spotted them earlier in the week. Moorish as fuck, plenty of flavour dust on each chip and leaves a nice little tingle on your tongue after a few. Only 99p for a sizeable bag and all

In fact the whole Bobby's range is good quality considering it's one of those corner shop non-brands.

We really should be discussing this in the wonderful crisp thread but it reminds me I saw my dream vehicle a while back outside my local Spar. I should've nicked it!

Paid Members Carbomb Posted September 6, 2025 Paid Members Posted September 6, 2025 These are ace. Snacks made from konjac/konnyaku flour - type of root. They've got a soft, calamari-like texture, and the Szechuan flavour is really good. They're served in little pouches.

Looks like a posher version of Latiao, a great little spicy strip of wheat gluten. Greasy as fuck but dead nice.
Mr_Danger Posted September 7, 2025 Posted September 7, 2025 Not a great over of crisps but these bastards are pretty good if you like the consistency of a Kettle crisp.
