I'm just perplexed that if a deal was signed by both parties, how could the wrestlers withdraw so easily?

They havent said they signed contracts. If they've probably signed letters of intent, since in December none of them could have signed anyway. A letter of intent isnt legally binding as a contract. I imagine they negotiated a deal, but it in writing of an agreement of pay so when Kurt Angle's deal comes due or something, the three of them can sign with TNA. Gallows and Anderson cant sign a deal with anyone at the minute. They are still under contract to New Japan until the end of the month. They have an agreement with WWE, but they arent signed. But since they've told TNA where to go, they'll be signing with TNA at the end of the month.

If they were just letters of intent, kind of sums it up, really. TNA putting all that money into merchandising and all that other stuff before it's even legally finalised? Did they completely forget what fucking industry they're in?

It's an impressive bag of bastards who would, first, hound out one of their biggest and most loyal stars by trying to abuse that very loyalty and, second, attempt to then hijack his big moment to make it all about themselves. All in the name of cheap publicity that will ultimately mean shit when they next do a show, in 7 months, with the fat Hardy headlining against whoever would pay for their own bus fare and tights.

Fucking TNA.
