We're back at last on SCG Radio, returning to the Monday Night War Timeline to talk June 1999! Covering every Raw, Nitro and PPV from the period, we discuss every major story with notes from the Wrestling Observer and PWTorch Newsletters of the period. Talking fallout from the death of Owen Hart, Sable leaving the WWF and suing them for over a million dollars, WCW's hiring Master P and Dennis Rodman, the push of Buff Bagwell, the reveal of the Greater Power, the dismal efforts of the Undertaker, Mr. Ass winning the King of the Ring, Steve Austin becomes the new WWF CEO, the horrible signings by WCW of Sid Vicious and Swoll, the infamous WHITE HUMMER, and Chris Jericho finally signs with the WWF. Talking all the facts, figures, ratings and buyrates of the month as well as walking through the shows, join us for a fun trip down memory lane. Check it out and let us know what you think!

Listened to some of SCG - so glad it's back, don't leave us for two months again Liam! - while cleaning the bathroom last night, and it spurred me to check out the Raw match from June 99 between The Rock and Edge on the Network this morning.

Was that the only time Rock and Edge had a singles match? It's something I would have loved to see once Edge had started rising up the card.

John Pollock has left the Fight Network/LAW and (presumably) his podcasts with Wai Ting. Bit of a shitter - they were a great double act and the only thing worth listening to on the channel.

Looks like there might be more to this than Pollock leaving.

Effective immediately, Live Audio Wrestling (The LAW) is being placed on a short hiatus. The program will be relaunched with a new format in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

Perhaps Fight Network is in trouble financially? Didn't Jeff Jarrett say a few weeks back that Anthem (who also own the Fight Network as well as Impact Wrestling) had run out of money? I wonder if there is something to that.

Yeah I don't know the full details, but John Pollock, Wai, Agnew and Lovranski have all been let go from the Fight Network - which owns the LAW. They've lost a lot of staff recently, due to budget cuts and likely how much the parent company Anthem is spending on TNA of all things..

Not sure what the future holds, but John and Wai still did a Raw review last night and addressed some of this.
