Weird coincidence, that. The name is probably because there's been a rise in hipster-type places and they're trying to capitalise. The owners are definitely not hipsters though. Their chips aren't great, but their fish is good;Â the portions are HUGE (a single large chips is enough for four people), but the prices aren't low either. Surely they would have anticipated a bit of dramatic reaction and thought it wouldn't be worth it. Like if they did a chris benoit battle royal it would get people talking about controversy again.
