Haha, does that guy still visit here? Nucleus, I think his name was? How about Steveweiser and dagr81, are they still amongst us? I remember hooking up the latter with tickets for a Matt Hardy and Lita signing at WHSmith back in 2001/2 ish and he still owes me for them (joke).

Depends on the situation, I think, level of familiarity, and how people introduce themselves. I call Fatty Facesitter by his username, because I want civilians to overhear us. I call Frankie either by both kayfabe and shoot, but I tend to refer to Onyx by his real name. I called Moj Moj, but that's because it was an acronym of his initials. I used to do wrestling training with PunkStep, so I called him by his wrestling kayfabe name at the time.

Jaffa called me "Carbomb" whenever we met, think most Keffers do.

One of my all time favourite wrestling names. I have a few phone numbers and save them as their forum names, apart from that gooner who is saved as FIRST NAME Punkstep.

It's funny but I've never met him, but I "talk" to him daily and consider him a really close friend. Keep meaning to meet up but he's too much of a fanny to meet for a North London derby even though he'd enjoy it more than me!

I feel like despite posting here for nigh on twenty years, I post just enough to be a presence, not enough to be a consistent one, generally withdrawn with disclosing too much of my personal life and usually too fecking lazy to acknowledge the literally hundreds and hundreds of glimpses into other's personal lives that have moved me - or merely my bowels - through my twenty years of sitting with the UKFF.

I have an odd social battery/reticent with sticking out too much - even on a forum - to the point where even now I'm not going to directly tag people who I just find so deeply, deeply satisfying to simply read. So I guess I'm clumsily joining in with some of the preceding shares to say 'I feel you, UKFF. And I hear you, UKFF!' 

That twenty years of sitting with the UKFF used to be sitting home all day stoned on the hop from school, when I didn't think about next week let alone next year. I remember how being an insecure teenager felt on a forum, where one man's troll or shitposter is often somebody just trying to think of a creative topic and hoping the Bigger Boys would engage with it.

Then it was sitting on the loo hiding from calls in any number of customer service jobs. Maybe thinking about next week, at this point. 

Today I managed to sit for five minutes before a client came in for therapy with me. I caught their eye through the window as they were parking their car, and thought of how much of a weird presence this yoke is in my life that I was wondering if I'd have time before our session if I was to click play on a video titled "BRANDI RHODES CALLED OUT JAKE THE SNAKE AND GOT BIT". I think about next year quite a bit, now.

So despite generally breezing through, it's worth pointing out that I had a partner who referred to you lot as 'the wrestle boys'. There's obviously consistencies in life in terms of hobbies. I've always and will always read books. But books are broad. I'm struggling to think of something this peculiar that's at turns equally been such a consistent presence for me. 

I've sat with this shit through breakups, recovery and boredom. Whipped it out at weddings and funerals.

If we go the full on Fallout AI doomsday scenario, if I'm risking rad poisoning to pull up a signal bar, its going to be to check a fucking Raw thread on a British wrestling forum. 

It's low key the oddest part of my life, and consistently brings a wonderful normality to it all the same.

Been posting here since I was a teenager after TAFKA Marky B Kraze introduced me to it while watching Misawa tapes after a training session. I have inadvertently met probably a few of you at shows when I was a trainee, and some of you may possibly remember me once as a crowd plant Dragon Aisu and Magik “attacked” at some random show in Coventry back in like 2005. I also worked the merch stand at the 1PW show where Kid Kash assaulted a camerawoman.

I never stuck with the wrestling training and thankfully to be honest as nearly everyone I met during my brief period in BritWres got either publicly or privately outed during the #MeToo movement. 

Early days of this place I was no good. Childish, immature, posted just real braindead shit and made enemies out of the likes of Mr Seven, Kendal Mintcake and probably a few others. Thankfully I did a lot of growing up and I do remember getting a genuinely nice feeling when Devon Malcolm and Butch off-handedly said I was a decent poster. Really felt like I’d shaken the shit reputation I had.

Eventually became a bit more vocal when it came to off-topic and after all these years got voted Poster of the Year which is bonkers when you think of how I started on here.

I’ve debated leaving a a few times lately, not in a stroppy “won a tenner on the horses” way but more that I’m almost entirely detoxed from the internet these days and this is the last consistent website I visit other than BBC Sport. Couldn’t bring myself to do it though, it’s a very comforting place to know is always around.

I think everyone was enemies with that guy at some point. He was weirdly over the top hostile and if you disagreed with his opinion he would really take it personally to an insane degree. Though oddly enough he added me on MSN and was completely chill and easy to talk to on there.

Eh, we were young and all posted a lot of rubbish stuff. I had loads of pointless arguments back in the day. I'm sure I'd die of cringe seeing dumb posts and arguments I made 15 years ago.

I joined in 2011 apparently. Scary how quickly 15 years can go. I used to use the old pro wrestling forum on boards.ie, but I got fed up with the awful design of that site (it is somehow still going and still horrendous!) and I'd also grown out of my smarky indie Power Slam days of fandom, whereas most posters there were still complaining that Tyson Kidd hadn't beaten Cena for the title or whatever. 

I've not met anyone off here in person, but I've never had a cross word with anyone off here either. Quite the opposite. A lot of you folks have been really supportive and kind throughout the years and it really is a lovely little community here, which is a testament to you all especially in these days of poisonous social media.
