What's the deal with Mox's AEW contact?

It seems pretty clear there is a big Moxley shaped hole opening up at the top of the WWE card. If the next year of our wrestling lives is going to be defined, in part, by Roman and Seth thrashing out some Shield-era psychodrama, you'd have to think they'd want him back at some point.

It was weird hearing Seth calling his name so clearly.

I look at WrestleMania as a spectacle rather than a good show, so quite enjoyed it really.  Wondering what happened to Luger.

Mox coming back is unlikely, esp just to rehash shit from a decade ago.

I'm hoping it's just a bit of a pride thing, that he wanted to walk the stage at HoF but couldn't after his fall earlier on, and that he didn't want to be wheeled onto the stage again so asked to miss it.

Great point. Like I said I thought the set, the entrances and the presentation of it all was superb, and really added to my enjoyment of it all.

Apparently Wrestlecon were offering more money on Mania day than the WWE were to just hang about and wave during the Bret Hart rolls his eyes at Trips induction on the show so he went to the convention instead. Absolutely the right thing to do and love Lex even more for it.

The same reason they all move on eventually, one way or another. Money usually. Fame sometimes. If his contract was up before Mania next year, they could chuck a shit load of cash at him to airdrop him into that main event level feud.

He'll end up back there eventually. They all do. But, equally, more people could leave for AEW. There's no such thing as a lifer.

I didn't say I *wanted* it to happen. But in the main event of Wrestlemania you've got one guy shouting 'YOU WERE NOTHING WITHOUT MOX' in the other guys face... you'd imagine if his deal was up soon, they'd like to bring him in at some point.

I quite enjoyed that show. It was a great spectacle and the main event fully delivered. Everything else was good or at least passable. It's a shame Jade is so green, they've rushed her a little bit Naomi did well to carry her. 

I think Jey will be a transitional champion, the Australia journalist comparing him to Michaels and Hart on the post show was ridiculous.
