Dom is the best. He may look like a Zoomer berk with that hideous mullet but he's great. If they turn him face, let him be "Dirty" Dom regardless. He could literally be the new Latino Heat. And he isn't even related to Eddie.

Night 2 was a lot better I thought, generally, but not the main event obviously. Triple threat was fantastic, four way was excellent, nice surprise in Joe Hendry, women's tag was decent (mostly down to Liv) and AJ kept his streak of having not quite as good a match as you would expect alive.

I'm not as down on the main event as most people, but it was a bit of a let down. What ever happened to the Rock's involvement I'm not sure, but he was missed here. Crowd atmosphere carried a lot of it.

Stray thoughts:

I forgot to mention how shite Seth's flamethrower "setting alight" the set was the night before. Garbage.

Austin having the time of his life going way too fast on the quad bike, beaming, then crashing into the barrier was hilarious initially, but then that woman looked utterly terrified, so I hope she was alright.

Ok, Pat annoyed the shit out of me this night, so I haven't learned to tune him out.

Shame the main event was so fucking awful because the first 3/4 of Night 2 was near enough faultless for me.

The Women’s triple threat opener was fantastic, match of the weekend for me. All three put in a fantastic shift and all have great chemistry together in the ring. As bad and needlessly convoluted as the build for it was, it was nice to see arguably three of probably the best five female wrestlers in the world right now get to wrestle with each other on the biggest stage in their prime. Unexpected result but superb finish.

Drew/Priest was a lot of fun and really delivered for me. Drew continues his hilarious social media Mania streak. That Claymore into the chair was a brilliant finish that looked killer. Get the title back on him ASAP.

IC Title 4-way was always going to be fun and did what it needed to do. Bron looked great and they got the title off him without damaging him - hopefully frees him up to start his main event push now. Penta got a nice showcase. Dom winning was the correct choice, it’s incredible to see the improvement he’s made over the years and now he’s got the crowd eating out of his hands (he was subtly great on the post show panel). Finn is still shit and I wouldn’t shed any tears if he never showed up on TV again.

Never even considered Joe Hendry as a possibility for Orton’s opponent but that was a class surprise. Match wasn’t anything memorable but it served its purpose. The size difference was stark. Hendry isn’t the biggest but you often forget just how huge and tall Orton is. Nice to see Randy having so much fun these days.

Women’s tag match was nothing to write home about. Every (the) man and his dog were expecting Lynch as the partner but I don’t think anyone there was disappointed - she’s still over HUGE and got a real star reaction. Good first year on the main roster for Lyra. It’s a shame but Raquel always seems a step off the pace and often in the wrong position that leads to it feeling clunky. Still distracted by Liv’s gear, Christ.

It was just a matter of time until Austin actually crashed that ATV. That Karen in the front row was milking the fuck out of it though, with the delayed Giant Gonzales bump back into her chair. The lady to the left looked embarrassed by her behaviour. Lawsuit will be in first thing this morning.

Actively working with and praising incel racist cunts like Tony Hinchcliffe and Dana White on screen is a fucking awful look. Glad to see them getting booed by the crowd. But at least Dean Norris got his Wrestlemania moment!

Urgh. That main event was tragic, just everything wrong with the company since TKO got involved. The amount of times they make their new face of the company look like a gullible moron, the awful celeb involvement in a major angle (does anyone outside of America give a shit about a shitty scrawny rapper in Travis Scott?) and the casual nature in which The Rock completely fucks pretty much anything he sticks his big bald head into and then can’t be arsed to see through.

I reckon if you took the main event of Night 1, stuck it on night 2 and cut some filler there's an excellent Wrestlemania there overall. But the two night show is a massive slog woth far too much filler.

On the plus side, hopefully we'll hear that fucking "Fein" song a bit less now.

Agree he's great, he still looks so young though, something about his figure makes him seem boyish, I think he's still a little gangly and loose in the ring...if he bulked a bit or miraculously shrunk a few inches he'd look even better.

Maybe a gear switch might make him look less elongated.

Either way he should def go down the Eddie route of face who steals their way to victory, no way he's a remorseful character.

I don't want him and Liv to split either though, they are great together, so have Raquel beat the snot out of her for taking the fall from Becky, Dom comes out for the save before Finn appears and beats him down.

Tag at backlash, job done, new mega face couple.

Unfortunately I have a 12yo that bloody loves Travis Scott so it's always on.

I didn’t mind the main event, but it felt like it was missing something. Travis Scott slowly trudging to the ring felt a bit pointless given how long Cody was down for, and given that Rock wasn’t there, they needed something else - whether it was Seth Rollins, or someone totally unexpected. The ending felt strange.

If Randy Orton is Cena’s next opponent, is Cody going to be feuding with Travis Scott?

Who’d have thought Joe Hendry would have a match at Wrestlemania, and Sami Zayn and Bayley would not. Whatever the case, this was a nice surprise and not something I expected to see at all.

The triple threat was fantastic, and for me, the best matches each night were the women’s world title matches. It’s a shame that the feuds themselves were so crappy. But all of the wrestlers involved can feel hard done by for not closing night one instead of the no-stakes match that did end up finishing things.

It’s great to see Dom finally win a singles title, and he absolutely has a great babyface run in him. He’s loads of fun. Liv was great too, and deserved a better spot on the card than she had given the year she’s had.

On the whole, it was a decent show, but I hope they get back to booking their storylines well now that it’s over.

Nick Khan was in there quick trying not to get sued! That woman looked mighty pissed.  The Joe Hendry surprise was the highlight for me, did not see it coming at all.  Enjoyable night.

I appreciate this Travis Scott guy is allegedly a big star in the rap game and a massive wrestling fan but he's so physically un-intimidating, he just looks like a skinny mark out there beside proper workers. He looks totally out of place and offers nothing. Particularly at the main event level. I just don't get it at all.

It reeks of some top executive from TKO or Netflix saying "this guy's a mega star and will bring eyeballs, figure him in in the main event".

Well, I'll accept the result of the opening match, which was the best one over the weekend, if it means that Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley get to have a proper feud now. Iyo Sky can go and do her "I'M MAD ME" mannerisms against someone I don't care about. Even with how shitty she's been booked, Rhea got a massive reception. Bianca's going to be a superb heel. This was great.

Kerry King! What an entrance for Damian Priest, and a nice fight as well. Both lads battering each other and not giving a shit because it's Wrestlemania, right? Now make friends and go and murder everyone in the tag division.

Could see Dirty Dom winning a mile away but that's another heel they've lost, as much as I'm pleased for him because he's been great. The absolute state of Fin Balor though in that entrance. Fucking rubbish. Does anybody like him? Penta might as well not have been there. Which would have been nice. Now move Breakker to Smackdown and get him against Jacob Fatu. I want it now.

Joe Hendry's crap, I don't care how much he's got himself over. There's your TNA champion, looking an even bigger berk and getting squashed. Pointless.

Didn't care about Styles vs Paul. I was hoping IShowSpeed would turn up to get murdered again. Absolute waste of Logan Paul, this. At least Karrion showed up!

Women's tag match was pretty good. Lyra's probably my favourite thing in wrestling now, she's bloody fantastic. Was amused by her feathers flying off. The result was never in question. Becky looked pretty good.

The crowd, who were fucking shit all weekend, at least woke up for the main event. The main part of this match was really good, with the slow pace and Cena dominating. The ending was not good at all. But what you all have to remember is that The Rock didn't turn up, so 7 stars. Underwhelming but what did anyone expect?

Hopefully Raw will be rubbish as it has been the last three years after Wrestlemania and I can go and do something else with my life for several months until it's good again.

He’s a big star, so clearly he offers something. Celebrity involvement has been a thing in wrestling long before TKO and Netflix came about - look at the success they’ve had with Bad Bunny and Logan Paul, for example.
