Weird victim mentality, next Hunter will be saying he's an underdog because he's white.

Doubtful. He doesn’t see colour remember.

I think it all ties into the weird shame they all secretly have about making gay fake wrestling. Everyone there is desperate to be seen as some well respected Hollywood creative/sports mogul.

He doesn't see colour in the same way that you don't see WWE brother ?

Do you know what, I don't think that's true of Triple H. I think he loves wrestling, and he's currently spiralling as no ones telling him he's the best at wrestling promotion. Because ultimately I think he loves wrestling but not quite as much as he loves himself. So being told he's shit and his current vision for wrestling is shit is a double ego whack.

I'm repeating myself, but I think the institutional lack of confidence that's coming through every interview they're doing at the minute is staggering.

There's a part of me that's glad that WWE is shit right now and that AEW is awful and/or not for me at all and that more and more wrestlers and people in wrestling are making total idiots of themselves. Means I'm hardly watching any of it and I can attend to other stuff like my Steam library and looking for a new fridge-freezer.

But in 2025 it's really disheartening to hear the likes of Roman Reigns saying this shit, showing a total lack of world awareness and misunderstanding the advocacy of those he works with, like CM Punk and Chelsea Green and Zelina Vega. And as much as I want to support them and the others in WWE, the last couple of weeks have been really tiring and disappointing and WWE have made me give less of a shit than I was giving off the back of their recent awful booking.

I’m amazed they even talk about politics tbh. I mean, in as divided a country (world) as it is, why on earth would you even refer to it or not bat the question away?

You’re just alienating half your potential fanbase/audience for very little gain.

WWE is as capitalist and American an entity as you could conceive, yet it sees itself as a global brand. Trump’s popularity outside of the US is down the toilet. Again, why hitch yourself to any wagon?

Yes we know most of the popular wrestlers are millionaires, thick as shit really and are either white or rich enough to be accepted in the correct circles. The fact they vote Trump/Republican shouldn’t be a major shocker.

But to go on record is just madness.

The way this week has gone, I’m going to be surprised if Trump isn’t at Wrestlemania.

Didn’t he turn up at a UFC event? I genuinely could see it happen, even if it’s not in person, in the form of a video at some point, even if it’s just a few seconds of him saying ‘welcome to Wrestlemania’.

The prick has turned up at loads of big UFC PPV's the last few years in the US. The American fuckwits in attendance give him standing ovations and Dana White and the commentators make a huge deal off it too. It is even more cringe worthy than you could imagine.

With all the shit WWE wrestlers are coming out with lately, Lesner turning up this weekend or very soon wouldn't surprise me.

It feels like the Reigns/Punk/Rollins match either ends with Heyman buddying up with Rollins or with Lesnar returning.

I can't imagine either Trump's camp or WWE's camp wanting Trump getting booed by an international audience. A UFC audience seems a far safer bet.
