I used to work in an office with a man who had TWO Chuck Norris book of facts in his desk drawer. Occasionally he'd read some out loud to me for a few minutes, and I absolutely fucking loathed him.

No, that's Han in Enter the Dragon - Norris was the white karate guy Lee fights in the Colosseum in Rome in Way of the Dragon.

I have a bit of a soft spot for Invasion USA and the Delta Force movies, even though they're not necessarily very good. My Dad loves a bit of Walker Texas Ranger too. Did have some pretty dodgy political views though (Norris, not my Dad).

Nicholas Brendon, Xander from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, has died aged 54.

I enjoyed Buffy when I was younger, so this comes as quite a shock. Seems to have died in his sleep from natural causes.

Really difficult one. As a geeky convention type I had a lot of time for Buffy as a show at the time and interacted with a lot of the cast over the years.

I'd go as far as to say if you'd asked me at the time who my favourite character was it would've been Xander, and so meeting Nicky was a real highlight.

But he became a very troubled person and lost a lot of that faith and love from fans and those around him. His up and down journey was painful to see, even from a distance.

I'm sure social media will be a very confused place today as to how they treat this. A lot of anger and resentment, still some love and appreciation, and disappointment that his life went the way it did.
